FOCUS: Les automates de phénotypage à haut débit du CIRM
Résumé
Centre International de Ressources Microbiennes (CIRM) est un Groupement d’Intérêt Scientifique (GIS), créé en 2004 par l’INRA, qui a pour vocation la préservation, l’enrichissement et la valorisation de la diversité microbienne présente dans ses collections. Il compte aujourd’hui plus de 22 000 souches de champignons filamenteux, levures et bactéries.
