The alliance of the equal opportunity label and of the diversity label

Abstract

Values of inclusion and equality are deeply embedded within INRAE’s teams, which recognize them as powerful drivers of innovation, creativity, and organizational effectiveness. The institute has long been committed to advancing equality and diversity. Engaging Inra then INRAE in a dual certification process with AFNOR for both Equality and Diversity reinforced this rigorous process, since it is based on a demanding set of standards. Moreover it involves external audits providing a formal recognition of the institute’s proactive policies in these areas.
