Interview with Fabienne Legland, network coordinator for CSR managers since 2020
The role of network coordinator for CSR managers is to ensure horizontal mediation between CSR managers in the centres, and vertical mediation between CSR managers and the Social and Environmental Responsibility Department (DRSE), their functional supervisor. This involves, in particular, the implementation of support and assistance mechanisms. Feedback (Retex) is one example of this.
