NOV'AE aims to provide a unique platform for sharing innovations that support research processes (including administrative processes), professional development and recognition for all INRAE staff, both internally and externally, while adapting to the evolving needs of INRAE's scientific community. It aims to promote exchange, the sharing of ideas and professional development within business networks. NOV'AE publications can open doors to new collaborations and professional opportunities,

Although NOv4AE is primarily aimed at INRAE's internal audience, it also has a significant impact beyond the institute, offering a technical specialization that is rarely represented in scientific and technical publishing. It also conveys the themes and values of the Institute.
