NOV'AE is published in open and immediate access: full open access. No fees are required from authors, either at the time of submission or after the validation process.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons CC-BY-SA license, which allows for sharing and adaptation of the article, provided that the original work is properly cited.

The publisher requests the deposit of the publisher's PDF in the open archive HAL.
